Return conditions

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
* The goods are returned with the courier company Econt. Term for returning the goods: 14 days from the date of delivery.
* Exchange or return of a given product is possible only with the "VIEW" option. Returns without the "View" option marked will not be accepted.
* If the product has a factory defect, it will be replaced by us FREE OF CHARGE.
* If the goods do not satisfy you, the transport costs are paid by the customer - the fee for the initial delivery and an additional fee for the return, mandatory with a filled-in field "View" option

Exchange/refund procedure

With us, the replacement and refund of cash amounts is quick, easy and hassle-free.

To replace:
* You can contact us at the indicated contact email or call +359 89 8457327 to specify what you will replace the purchased item with.
* Send us the goods in complete commercial condition - with the tag not removed, the garment must not have been worn, washed, ironed, stained, etc.
* You must tell the Econt employee that the shipment is for exchange.
* You have to pay the transport cost of the exchange in both directions – coming to us and returning to you.
* Please allow 1 to 7 business days to receive the shipment back. 

For a refund:

*The return of the shipment must be with the same courier with which the goods were received. If your package was delivered with Econt, you must return it with Econt.

IMPORTANT: You do not need to send us a receipt, as Veneta Fashion House EOOD uses the services of Econt to issue a receipt.
The Receipt from Econt and the receipt are the same - both are evidence that you have paid for the received shipment.
You keep the receipt and you don't have to send it back to us for a return or exchange.
EXCHANGE DURING SALES AND DISCOUNTS: Any item purchased from our store can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items purchased at regular prices cannot be exchanged for discounted items.
If you purchased an item at regular price but decide to exchange it for a different size/color, and it is already on sale, you will receive the exchanged item at the same value as it was originally purchased.
All items (reduced and at regular prices, no exceptions) are subject to return within the 14 day legal period.
