RETURN AND EXCHANGE* The goods are returned with the courier company Econt. Term for returning the goods: 14 days from the date of delivery.
* Exchange or return of a given product is possible only with the "VIEW" option. Returns without the "View" option marked will not be accepted.
* If the product has a factory defect, it will be replaced by us FREE OF CHARGE.
* If the goods do not satisfy you, the transport costs are paid by the customer - the fee for the initial delivery and an additional fee for the return, mandatory with a filled-in field "View" option -
DeliveryDelivery upon receipt of the goods and upon return after inspection is at the customer's expense.
Delivery time depends on your location, but usually takes 2-5 working days (may take longer during public holidays).
Please note that if you are outside the EU, you will have to pay customs fees.
Shipments are sent with an inspection option and damage insurance included.
